Kalinga State University is the only government-funded  Higher Education Institution in the Province of Kalinga, Cordillera Administrative Region of Northern Philippines. Its Vision is to become a knowledge and technology hub in the Asia-Pacific Region. KSU is anchored on its core values of adhering always to good governance in all its endeavors, treating all its clienteles and employees with kindness and compassion, promoting strong sense of service-orientedness and commitment to foster unity and love for nature and humanity. The university is also engaged in relevant research and extension services. The academic  programs of the university are accredited by the Accrediting  Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), which in turn is a full member of the Asia-Pacific Quality Network (APQN). KSU is also a member of the University Mobility in the Asia-Pacific ( UMAP) and the Association of Asian Universities in Asia and the Pacific. It continues to develop networks and linkages with other educational institutions. The fastest way to get to KSU from Manila is by air to Tuguegarao City in Cagayan. On average,  the flight takes  one hour. From Tuguegarao City, it takes an hour by land to reach Tabuk City where Kalinga State University is located.
